I meet Ekram on my journey of healing just by chance over a two year’s ago and to this day we remain closely connected. If I ever have an issue with my skin, she is my “go-to” person! Over 2 years ago I developed Candida in my gut and it started to release through my skin and created cystic acne on my face and my back. I tried everything to cure my acne and even when the Candida was gone from my gut, it was still releasing from my skin. I am a holistic practitioner so I have unlimited resources of cures and I hit a wall! When I met Ekram she took control and after one chemical peel, my skin was in a huge recovery phase and after 3 months of working with Ekram my skin was looking better and younger then before the Candida. It is certainly a pleasure to provide a testimony of my experience with biofeedback at Derma Med Spa. As a professor of psychology, it is my belief that the concept of mind/body synergy is essential to holistic health. Therefore, I wish I had taken biofeedback years ago to manage my chronic back and shoulder pain as well as anxiety. It is absolutely amazing! First and foremost, for me, it is noninvasive (drug free), with no negative side effects. After ten sessions of biofeedback, I have experienced incredible improvement in pain levels and significant positive mood changes. With every session, I feel truly relaxed and calm. In my opinion, while the biofeedback machine does the work (technically), it would be useless without the technician, Erkam. Indeed, Erkam’s professionalism, knowledge and demeanor are quintessential to the healing process. In other words, she creates a therapeutic environment that makes my experience with biofeedback pleasant and worthwhile. I recommend biofeedback to anyone who desires an alternative to conventional medicine for treating chronic pain or anxiety. -Diane W
I’ve had facials, peels, 2 micro-dermabrasion sessions, a session of laser hair removal and i have never been disappointed. Ekram never fails to make me happy.
