Hypnotherapy focuses on Body/Mind Connection and can assist in healing pain, trauma, emotional discomfort and more. Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and therapeutic/intuitive psychotherapy. Therapist leads the client into the deeper state of relaxation via verbal guidance and other techniques.

During hypnosis, your body relaxes, heart blood pressure and heart rate lowers and brain wave activity changes into the slower rate. In this relaxed state (similar to daydreaming) you will feel at ease physically yet fully awake mentally and may be highly responsive to suggestion. Your conscious mind becomes less alert and your subconscious mind becomes much more focused. It’s common for a clients to feel like they are not hypnotized, as the conscious mind remains active throughout the entire session. The more you allow yourself to let go into deeper states of relaxation, the more beneficial the session will be.
By inducing the relaxing state of mind the therapist can easily go into: the long-term memory, emotions & feelings stored within the body, habits, relationship patterns, addictions & involuntary bodily functions. By tapping into those memories therapist can help you to release emotions that are attached to certain experiences, then change the patterns that the subconscious mind created, finally by doing that you can change the current situation.
Hypnosis can be a highly effective form of treatment for many mental, psychosomatic, and physical disorders. Hypnosis is a trance state in which the hypnotized person is in a heightened, more receptive state of mind. During hypnosis, the patient is not unconscious, does not lose control of his or her faculties, and does not do things under hypnosis that he or she would be unwilling to do otherwise”.
